  Food is great as always, unfortunately a few staff members are unprofessional. Took a friend for their first time and the employee was frustrated and impatient with my friends questions.

  Went today to visit the Chipotle  on Haled Road in Vernon. I was truly disappointed.  I have gone to other Chipotles' in the surrounding areas and hav . Ever encountered the problem I had today.
  First the premises were filthy and the place was not packed. The floors had food on them and the tables were sticky as if they premises had not been cleaned for awhile. Second the service was not up to par with Chipotle standards. The servers were short and rude and acted as if it was a bother to serve you. And last. Ut not least the food was not good. This is the first time I've gone into a Chipotle and the food tastes horrible.
  I asked for a bowl with guacamole and queso. Needless to day the queso tasted old and looked curdled  seperated as if it had spent the entire morning and afternoon sitting without being stirred or replenished with new queso. The guacamole was super chunky and had had bits of black from stake or old avocado. It also was not fresh.
  
  When I asked the server to see if she could redo my bowl without the guacamole and queso because of the way it tasted and looked she stated she could not and gave me an empty bowl and told me to remove the queso and guacamole myself. Poor Customer  Service.!!!
  
  It is my understanding that Chipotle markets its brand as fresh and wholesome food, and great customer service,however at the Hale Rd store in Vernon . CT this was not the case. Poor Customer  Service, filthy premises and old and stale food.

  First chipotle I have been where they didn't have half the ingredients to make a bowl. None for kids meal besides rice and beans. I wasnt sure why they were still operational.
  
  Also, they would charge for queso when the only salsa they had was Hot.
  
  I was amused by their mismanagement!

  I recently went to Manchester chipotle and was disappointed as I watched the person preparing the bowls or burritos by just throwing the food all over the place, no care that this is someone's food. Counter so dirty and no one cleaning it just dragging the bowls or foil thru it! Really is this how these people are trained to serve people!! A little more supervision observation needed, because this is not appropriate!

  Catty RUDE girls working here. ZERO STARS. I will be sharing my experience with all 200k of my Instagram supporters.
  I don't normally take the time to rate places but this place was terrible. Literally the girls working in there were so rude to me and she put 4 pieces of steak in my bowl and I kindly asked for a few more pieces bcuz it wasn't even a full serving and the red head girl named Alicia told me "you have to pay more if you want another Serving." Even though I wasn't even served a correct portion. Meanwhile she loads up the guys plate next to mean and his bowl is overflowing. Then I asked for silverware and she started laughing I'm like wtf is this chipotle. I wish I hadn't already paid or I would have walked out
